As the founder of Rally Safety Solutions, Ron Bizak brings a profound and practical understanding of safety from his extensive background across critical sectors such as Construction, Manufacturing, Energy, Logistics, and Industrial environments. His approach is rooted in real-world field experience, ensuring that the safety professionals Rally places understand the work happening on your site — not just the theory behind it.
A Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Ron has spent his career in safety leadership, building safety systems that integrate into daily operations. That experience shapes how Rally staffs: every candidate is reviewed against the specific requirements of your role, your project, and your industry before being presented to you.
Ron established Rally Safety Solutions to close a gap he saw across the region: companies needed qualified safety professionals they could trust, without the burden of recruiting, screening, and hiring on their own. His mission is to make professional safety staffing simple, accessible, and dependable for the businesses building the Rocky Mountain Region.

The Origin Story
